1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Disrupsoft SpA's website (https://disrupsoft.cl/) and related informational properties (the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you acknowledge you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Scope

These Terms apply only to the Sites and their informational features (e.g., browsing, viewing content, contact forms). Professional services and the Academy may be governed by separate contracts or specific conditions.

To submit forms or interact with the Sites you must be at least 16 years old. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
